Why we show the real screen
Anyone can write that their support is fast and their software is simple. We would rather show you the screen and let you decide.
- The problem
- Most software sites make claims you cannot check. Fast support. Easy setup. Powerful automation. The words are the same everywhere, so they tell you nothing.
- What JAB did
- We put real screens from JAB Ops on our site. They come from a sample business we run, refresh on a schedule and carry the date they were captured.
- What is true now
- You see the Requests page, the approvals and the Today view as they actually look, before you ever talk to us.
A claim costs nothing to write. A screen has to exist.
So instead of telling you our support is responsive, we show you the page where every request lives, with its owner and its status. Instead of saying you stay in control, we show you the approval that waits for your yes.
The screens on this site come from a sample business we run inside JAB Ops, a chiropractic practice with made-up patients and 555 phone numbers. We never show a real client's data. Each screen carries the date it was captured, and they refresh on a schedule, so what you see is what the product looks like now.
When we have a number, like how fast we first respond to support requests, we show it with the window it covers. When we do not have enough data for a fair number, we leave it off.
If something on this site is not true, we would like to know.
