Here is how we protect your business's data, in plain words.
- Your files
- Client files are kept in private, encrypted Google Cloud storage. A file opens only for someone signed in to your portal, or through a signed link that expires.
- Passwords and logins you share with us
- Passwords and access tokens are encrypted again with AES-256 before we store them. Only JAB's owner can reveal one, and only to set up your account.
- Your client portal
- The portal has no ad trackers and no analytics scripts.
- Your data
- We never sell your data. We never use it for ads.
- AI providers
- The AI services we use process your requests under terms that do not allow them to train their models on your data.
- Health practices
- If you run a health practice, we sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with you before any patient data is touched.
This website
This marketing site, jordanborden.com, is different from your portal. It uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement so we can see which pages and ads bring people in. We use nothing else to measure visits.
Some pages also hold tools you use directly, like the booking calendar and the website chat.
