Jordan & Borden Consulting LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, provides AI and automation services to small businesses. You can reach us at support@jordanborden.com or (470) 748-2181.

Program description. Jordan & Borden sends text messages to people who have contacted us. Messages are conversational: answering questions about our services, confirming and reminding about appointments, and following up on requests you started. We do not send bulk or promotional blasts from this line.

How you opt in. You opt in by texting our business line at (470) 748-2181, or by giving us your mobile number and asking us to follow up by text. You always make contact first. We do not buy lists and we do not enrol numbers in bulk.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to be unsubscribed. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email support@jordanborden.com, or call (470) 748-2181.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your privacy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree to give us accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform. We may suspend access where use is unlawful or creates risk for us or other clients.

Fees, billing frequency, and what is included are set out in the proposal or order you sign with us. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded, and you can cancel to stop future billing.

You keep ownership of the content and data you give us. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to provide the services. We keep ownership of our platform, tooling, and methods, including anything we build to run our own operations.

Some of our services use AI systems to draft messages, summarise calls, and prepare recommendations. AI output can be wrong. We review work that goes to your customers, and you remain responsible for decisions you make from it. We do not present AI output as legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

We work to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we depend on third parties such as carriers and hosting providers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
