GoHighLevel is good software. We build on it ourselves. It puts texts, email, calls, booking and reviews in one place.
The catch is that it arrives empty. Pipelines need stages that match how you sell. Automations need to know when to send, what to say and when to stop. Calendars need your real hours and your real services. Forms need to put each answer in the right place.
Then there is texting. Business texting in the US needs your number registered for A2P 10DLC before carriers will deliver your messages reliably. That means a brand registration and a campaign description written the way the carriers expect. It is easy to get wrong, and a rejection costs time.
None of this is a knock on the software. It is just work, and it is work most owners did not sign up to learn.
